Apps

Here are the apps we currently offer as part of our stack.

Plex

Plex is the industry leader for selfhosted private media. It is not open source though and the last few years of development hasn’t been to everyones taste. Despite this, it still offers the most regarding where and how you can watch your own media.

  • Setting this up does require your input as you need to claim the plex server under your plex.tv account. We do help you with this.
  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this also with optional themes.

Jellyfin

Jellyfin is the open source alternative to Plex. It’s a fork of Emby and while pretty new, it’s a fantastic option and is gaining on Plex rapidly.

  • This doesn’t require any specific configuration on your part.
  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this.

Radarr

Radarr is a movie collection manager. It can monitor multiple RSS feeds and it can also be configured to automatically upgrade the quality of existing files in the library when a better quality format becomes available.

  • We hook in rtorrent and autodl-irssi but you will need to setup the indexer and quality profiles etc.
  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this also with optional themes.
  • We also enable form-based login and create a user for you.

Sonarr

Sonarr is basically the same as Radarr, but for TV.

  • We hook in rtorrent and autodl-irssi but you still need to setup the indexer and quality profiles etc.
  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this also with optional themes.
  • We also enable form-based login and create a user for you.

Rclone

Rclone is like rsync, but for working with cloud storage providers.
It’s awesome. We setup the framework for the remotes (encrypted or not).

  • We need your input to auth against a third party storage provider.
  • We provide all the tools necessary to automate uploading/downloading.

Plexdrive

Plexdrive is a companion to Rclone. It allows you to mount your Google Drive account as read-only fuse filesystem, with direct delete option on the filesystem.

  • We need your input to auth against a third party storage provider.
  • No other config necessary.

Tautulli

Tautulli runs alongside Plex to monitor activity and track various statistics.

  • This just needs to auth against your plex server, takes 5 seconds.
  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this also with optional themes.
  • We ship a modified, pre-configured config also.

Ombi

Ombi brings functionality that automatically gives your Plex users the ability to request content by themselves. Minimal configuration.

  • This can’t be automated on our end but we will help you to hook it up against Radarr/Sonarr/Plex.
  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this also with optional themes.

rtorrent

rtorrent is the workhorse behind the scenes, grabbing whatever it can find that Sonarr/Radarr dictates.

  • We automatically hook this into Sonarr/Radarr for you.

rutorrent

rutorrent is the webui frontend for rtorrent.

  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this also with optional themes.
  • We create the .htpasswd and the user for you to use with basic-auth.

Sabnzbd

Sabnzbd is for downloading from usenet.

  • This is automatically hooked into Sonarr/Radarr when we deploy it.
  • We provide the Nginx proxy for this.

autodl-irssi

autodl-irssi is a plugin for irssi that monitors IRC announce channels and downloads torrent files. In our cases it passes all torrent files by Sonarr/Radarr and downloads them if they’re required. This means you don’t have to wait for RSS feeds or for Sonarr/Radarr to parse outstanding requests.

  • We need you to setup the IRC User and to group it with Nickserv.
